- Secretarial duties to Managing Director, including MD's business trip arrangement
- (Hotel, flight booking, transporation) and manage the MD's Schedule
- Keeping and managing official and unofficial
- company document
- Need to coordinate with Yangon Office and
- Thai Office (Eg. Approval Form have to sent to Thai Office)
- Taking care the facility management, including office rental contract,
- Office furniture, IT related facility,
- office service, car rental,
- Office cleaning/ housekeeping and office supplies.
- Keeping relationship with service provides and developing potential venders.
- Taking and recording minutes of company meeting.
- Need to use the Infinium System to submit Purchase Request and Purchase Order.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Must have Over 2 Years experience as Admin.
- Prefer to have working experience in a foreign company
- Prefer to have working experience in a Manufacturing company
- Able to work under pressure.
- Must be Conversation Level in the English Language
- Must be Conversation Level in the Thai Language
- Must be good at Microsoft Office program.
