Responsibilities

Arrange the interview, prepare Employment Contracts for the staffs and establish appropriate HR Policies

Implement the Evaulation System in organization as HR.

Manage the staff within the Admin Department, with emphasis on discipline, accuracy, service and quality of work.

Responsible for areas in Insurance matters, including but not limited to office premises, motor vehicles with
-
Insurance agent/ Myanmar Insurance in accordance with the terms and conditions instructed by Management.

Arrange the Transportation matters, including but not limited to coordinate and assist for vehicle hiring, usage,
-
fuel purchases and maintenance & repairing of company vehicles.

Liaise with Government Communication Department and check to counter sign for expenses, monthly bills,
-
repair and purchase of IT equipment and spares.
-
Coordinate and assist to other Departments for Company’s business.

Perform all other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor & Management, if required
Requirements
-
Must have at least 2 year experiences as Assistant Managerial role in HR and Admin field.

Prefer to have working experience in a foreign company
-
Prefer to have working experience in a Manufacturing company
-
Must be Business Level in the English language

Must be good at computer skills
