Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for administrative tasks and IT solutions tasks

Internal infrastructure operation management

IT equipment (PC, printer) settings

Internal work of internal IT operations in general
-
CA performs system replacement as instructed from the head office in Japan

Supportive adminixtrative tasks such as purchasing, arrangement and booking, etc
-
Receiving phone calls, welcoming guests and meeting arrangement
-
Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
-
Must have over 2 years experience as admin
-
Must have experience of internal IT operation system (ex: install and set connection internet, local storage, software, PC setting)

Must have knowledge of internal IT system
-
Must be business level in the English language
-
MS Office(Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
