- In charge of answer incoming calls and transfer related department under marketing
- Directs call to customer, staff, or departments through the switchboard or PBX system.
- Places outgoing calls.
- Receives messages and deliver to related person.
- Receive customer complain and deliver daily basic
- Daily incoming and outgoing call report
- Provides information about company's Business
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Must have over 1 year working experience of customer service
- Prefer to have working experience as call opeartor
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be conversation level in the English language
- MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email
