1. Be responsible for Document controller tasks
- Follow to collect data from on site team to fill the report which requested by customer (Telecommunication Vendors/ Operators)
- Manage and storage the data like: site photos, design and other minutes, report (if have)
- Welcome visitors
2. Be responsible for admin tasks
- Deliver/ Receive and manage all outgoing/incoming documents/letters/fax/dispatch
- Draft letters/emails/dispatch if there are any requests
- Manage flight/bus/taxi booking
- Purchase, allocate, manage company’s stationery orders
- Monitor and keep working place clean
- Ensure COMIT regulations to be done by employees, including: wear COMIT pin, implement regulations about going out/coming to the company, welcome visitors...
- Hold internal parties/events
- Purchase, manage express mail service providers
- Control office equipment (including: computers, fax machine, copy machine, printer, projector…)
- Manage the usage of the meeting room
- Manage the leasing services (office renting, vehicle renting, hotel…)
- Manage the repair activities in office: maintenance air condition, clean carpet, clean office…
- Other tasks: buy gifts, flowers… for company’s guests/customers…
3. Being responsible for HR supporting tasks:
- Carrying out the procedures about social insurance, medical insurance policy
- Have at least 06 months working experience in the same position
- Have good English Skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Use office program fluently (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Have good communication skills.
- Be flexible in working
