Fully responsible for Recruitment Agency operation

Understand clients business, requirements for ideal talents

Post recruitment information on web-site, facebook etc.

Screen applicants based on clients requirements

Interview potential candidates by face to face, by phone

Prepare application documents

Conducts reference check
-
Coordinate and negotiate between candidates and clients

Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements

Must be Sincere, responsible and can get trusted by members

Must have ""Can do attitude"" and flexible mind-set to various kinds of works

Must have Willing to develop your career in recruitment industry

Prefer to have Sales & Customer Service experinece is advantageous

Must have Proficient in MS Word & Excel for reporting

Must have Strong Conversational level in the English language
